Carboline Company, a coatings manufacturer, is pleased to announce that it has ranked as one of the St. Louis’ Post Dispatch Top Workplaces for 2015.

The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. This year, 164 companies, nonprofit groups and government agencies, employing more than 74,000 people in the St. Louis area, agreed to participate. Confidential surveys were sent to 62,504 employees and 40,479 responded. The survey asked employees to respond to several statements rating their workplace on a scale from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.”
